This wine is produced from organic Merlot grapes from vineyards cultivated on the hills around Matelica where favorable climatic conditions promote an optimum aromatic and polyphenolic ripeness of the grapes in perfect sanitary conditions. Then at harvest time, the best hand-picked grapes and the careful vinification allows the exaltation the fruity and slightly spicy aromas typical of this grape variety. It is characterized by a soft, balanced taste, of good structure and flavor and with a pleasant fruity aftertaste.

Maturation	4 months in stainless steel tanks and 2 months in the bottle.
Colour	Brilliant ruby red with purplish reflections.
Bouquet	Ample and persistent aroma of violet, black cherries, plum, blueberry and currant.
Flavor	Soft, balanced with good structure with an elegant aftertaste enhance its pleasantness.
Consumption	Could be aged for 2-3 years.
