The Wine Guide “Gilbert & Gaillard” is an international competition entirely dedicated to wine, translated in 9 languages, and the homonymous magazine is distributed in France and in more than 25 countries of the world.
The vote expressed in cents, as it happens in every international competition OIV (International organization of Vine and Wine), allows to have a grid sufficiently wide to reflect the nuances perceived during the tasting.
95-100/100: Wine of exception, the combination of a great terroir and an exceptional ability.
90-94/100: Wine with a great class that combines refinement, complexity and a remarkable quality of elaboration.
85-89/100: Wine of excellent quality, of which we appreciated the typicality and the personality.
80-84/100: Quality wine that associates balance, structure, sharpness, for a pleasant tasting.

Tasting comments
Fairly light yellow. Refined nose accented by sage and white flowers with lemongrass undertones. Concentrated, rich, fleshy palate with a subtle hint of acidity on the finish bolstering balance. A rounded, robust wine pairing with poultry.

Bright, light gold. The nose reveals subtle notes of pineapple, cooked apple and chamomile. The palate is harmonious and round with delicate freshness and mature aromas that last. A wine framed by lovely fat that makes an ideal partner for creamy risotto
